Witam, mam pytanie o opłatę za psiaka. Czy zwolnienie z opłaty za posiadanie psa ze schroniska obowiązuje w całej Polsce, czy tylko w wybranych - większych miastach?

Zwolenienie z opłaty za psiaka ze schroniska, z fundacji lub kastrowanego/sterylizowanego obowiązuje w całej Polsce. Wystarczy podesłać do odpowiedniego organu (bodajże UM) zaświadczenie o kastracji albo powierdzenie adopcji i sprawa załatwiona.

Teoretycznie na dobre, ale zdarzyło mi się, że przez kilka lat musiałam podsyłać info że mój Frędzel jest wciąż kastrowany.
